I read the transcripts of Ivan Gazidis’ meeting with the fans and immediately thought of this poem:
Sigh no more, ladies, sigh no more;
Men were deceivers ever;
One foot in sea and one on shore,
To one thing constant never;
Then sigh not so,
But let them go,
And be you blithe and bonny;
Converting all your sounds of woe
Into. Hey nonny, nonny.
Sing no more ditties, sing no mo,
Or dumps so dull and heavy;
The fraud of men was ever so,
Since summer first was leavy.
Then sigh not so,
But let them go,
And be you blithe and bonny,
Converting all your sounds of woe
Into. Hey, nonny, nonny.
(William Shakespeare – Much Ado About Nothing)
I now return you to my break.
Cool
For some reason, that poem always reminds me of this old gem:
Funny, that poem reminds me of this gem:
This video interview is actually free on Arsenal.com, Those who are experts at body language can tell us what Ivan means when he says they will, ‘make announcements when it is the right time,’ in regards to Robin Van Persie.
This poem really emphasizes something I have been trying to do as an Arsenal fan. Try not to get attached to the players, they come and go. It’s important to just enjoy the performances of those who stay.

I’m amazed that ESPN keeps these archived. This was one of my favorites. I read through the entire gamecast. Goosebumps.
